Symptom: After doing a data transfer, it says data transfer complete, but upon clicking browse activities, some or all of the activities transferred are not shown in there. 

Possible Causes: 

  1. Invalid characters related:
    1. When typing characters in the Notes or Remarks section in the ValveID/New Activity window, square characters will show up if the user presses Enter to skip to the line below to continue writing. When the data transfer is performed, this activity will not save on the database.
