Symptom: activities saved in silver box or yellow box not transferring to database. Performs data transfer and towards the end it says Data Transfer Complete, but upon clicking browse activities, the activity transferred is not shown in there. 

Possible Causes: 

  1. Database related:
    1. If database was created with Vitals 3.2.1, activity will not transfer. Only works with database created with Vitals 3.1.3 and Vitals 3.3.1.
