Symptom: When trying to do a Data Transfer it shows a MSCOMM32 error message. 

Possible Causes: 

  1. PC OS related:
    1. Missing or corrupt files on their System OS
      1. Perform a System Restore or have someone check the PC for missing/corrupt system files.
