Symptom: Vitals crashes/closes after clicking IMPORT.

Possible Causes: 

  1. Saved activity related:
    1. Corrupted saved activity in handheld controller
      1. Check activity data and make sure there are no special/unsupported characters in all the fields. Example, having ‘?’ in the field Size will cause problems because that field in the database only takes integers. 
      2. Special characters like mandarin characters will case Vitals to crash.
