Symptom: Runtime error shows up after trying to launch Vitals Desktop

Possible Causes: 

  1. Not enough administrator privileges in the user account
    1. User needs to be the administrator in order to run Vitals Desktop.
    2. If user account is not the administrator, have your administrator do this:
      1. Right click in the Vitals Desktop folder (C:\Program Files\Vitals Desktop) and click Properties. Select the Security tab and then click Advanced. Now click Change Permissions and then select the users that will be using Vitals Desktop and click Edit, now check the Full control check box and click OK.
