Here are a couple reasons why you should create an account:


1. VIEW STATUS ON ALL YOUR TICKETS - If you have an account you can login and see all of the tickets that you ever submitted.  This way you can be sure that your ticket was created and that someone is working on it.


2. EDIT YOUR TICKETS - You can reply to your tickets, add attachments, and Cc additional people to your tickets directly on the website.



3. VIEW ADDITIONAL HELP GUIDES - Not all of our solution articles are made public.  Some guides are only visible for users with accounts that login to our system.


4. UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION - If you have an account you can login at any time and edit your profile to make sure that the contact information we have on file is correct.  You can also update your password for your account.
